The ONLY LIVE WEDDING EXPERIENCE in upstate

will be back again at Wolf Oak Acres,

Sunday June 3rd, 2018!!

Wolf Oak Acres will be host to it's very own LIVE WEDDING!! Come be our VIP Guests for the day on Sunday, June 3rd, 12-4pm. The facility will be set as a day of event - so prospective clients can view the facility as if a guest and meet some of the best vendors in the wedding industry! Partake in our ceremony with live music, and see our bride and groom tie the knot! Following, guests will be escorted to cocktail hour. Here you will sample appetizers from L.M.Townsend Catering from Cooperstown. You'll tour the upstairs of the facility and receive a behind the scenes glimpse of day of activities. You'll have the ability to meet and greet vendors who are providing the day of services - such as hair/makeup artists, florists, decorators, drapists, musicians, caterers. Upon completion - guests will be ushered downstairs for reception.... Here you will find your seats and be privy to introductions and first dance. Entree and side samples will be given. There will be deserts displayed, and samples to pass. You'll have the opportunity to meet the dj, photographer/videographer, decorators, drapists , rental companies and more who will be providing services for the wedding. Horse drawn carriage and shuttle bus options will be available after the venue tour to transport guests to visit our new luxury honeymoon and grand cottages.
