Do you want a beautifully styled wedding without the hassle of planning and at a fraction of the cost?! A Wolf Oak Acres Petite Soiree Micro Wedding may be a perfect fit for you!
What is a Micro Wedding?
An intimate 90-minute wedding fully designed and styled from start to finish by Wolf Oak Acres. Our micro wedding day will include up to three couples who can get married on one day. We make sure to include everything a standard full size wedding would have while saving you the stress, time, and money involved in planning a large, full scale event.
We will have a date set, your theme, decor, and vendors, while you pick out your attire and who to invite. Show up with up to 25 of your favorite people and get married!
You'll be able to enjoy an intimate ceremony, some gorgeous photos, followed by the dances, drinks, appetizers, and desserts - we cover all of the bases with pizazz and love.
What is Included?
Personalized ceremony w/ordained Officiant: includes a consultation to discuss any unique or personal requests for the ceremony
A bridal bouquet and matching boutonniere, fireplace mantel and cocktail space decorated with floral, linens, and vintage rentals provided by Marys4everflowers and
Wolf Oak Acres
EMILY JOY PHOTOGRAPHY: Full online gallery with minimum of 200 photos. All detail shots, ceremony, family and newlywed photos as well as the grounds. Online gallery in 4 weeks with lightly edited images. Couples will receive photo release with personal use license so you can print any images and share online.
Mini-reception with Grazing Table provided by the Munching Moose Catering Company.
Ceremony music, introductions, 1st dance, and cocktail hour music to be provided by Promo Entertainment.
Wine / Beer and Non alcoholic beverages for 1.5 hours with tips certified bartender and license, following ceremony provided by Wolf Oak Acres .
6” cutting cake for the couple and a gorgeous dessert variety bar for guests provided by Classy Cakes by Andrea

It is possible to have the BEST OF EVERYTHING on your special day! Petite Soiree WEDDING: $4,750 + NYS sales tax Let us handle creating the BEAUTIFUL WEDDING DAY of your dreams! The Where And When: Your event will be hosted on-site at beautiful Wolf Oak Acres. You’ll have all the space you need for an intimate ceremony area and the mini reception to follow in our upstairs climate controlled, handicap accessible facility. Handicap bathrooms, elevator, cable and wifi, kitchen and bar, along with all of the above mentioned service providers and amenities to be included.

and have given you three time slots from which to choose for your 2 hour event:
